Me Cathrin Zahavi:I have been working as a teacher for quite a while and enjoying it a lot. I have had the chance to meet and teach a wide range of students who had very different intentions when learning. Some wanted to graduate, some did that just for fun. I have taught younger and older kids as well as youngsters, children playing truant and elderly blind and visually impaired people. A few months ago I started teaching future teachers and trying to pass all my knowledge and inspiration on to them. What I like best about teaching that you learn all the time. hermannohlschule

Lisa Paul: I amm a teacher at the Herman-Nohl-Schule, Berlin. After studying Industrial Design in northern Italy and working in that field for a couple of years, I decided to use everything I had learned in a completely different area, and follow two of my other passions: languages and teaching. I love working with children and teenagers, so I studied English and Italian in Munich and had my first work experiences in secondary schools in Munich and a sixth form college in Winchester, where I was an assistant teacher. In my free time I love to read, listen to music, spend time in the nature or travel the world. hermannohlschule

This led me to live in places such as London, Texas or Israel and to travel the Far East. I soon discovered that I want to work with children and I became a teacher in Berlin.I have been a teacher now for 10 years and only took a long break for my lovely twin girls. If I am not teaching or spending time with my own children, I love to do Yoga, read or enjoy exciting Berlin. hermannohlschule
