Ciarán Bauer (Project Leader), as Programme Manager for Bridge21, an educational research group based in Trinity College Dublin, he is a keen and passionate advocate of 21st century teaching and learning in Irish education. He is responsible for the promotion, implementation, and strategy development of the Bridge21 model, partnering with schools to transform second-level education in Ireland.

Aibhín Bray (Project Manager) is a post-doctoral researcher who has adapted the Bridge21 model for subject-specific activities and a certified CPD course. Her primary role is to coordinate and manage the Teaching for Tomorrow Erasmus+ project. As a former teacher of Mathematics, Aibhín is well positioned to work with teachers, administrators and students at national and transnational levels. Her role involves the coordination of international workshops for participating teachers, and the development of suitable resources for these teachers and their students.

Patricia Hayden is Principal Teacher  and project coordinator for St Joseph’s Secondary School, Rush, Co. Dublin. The school has been involved with Bridge21 for a number of years and has a strong emphasis on the integration of 21CL. They have recently replaced the traditional textbooks with tablet devices for their students, which has encouraged teachers to become more adventurous and active in their classrooms.

Anna Maderner is our Stenungsund project coordinator and has extensive experience working on international projects related to education and EU-project management. She is responsible for all of the international education projects in the municipality of Stenungsund. Matthias Ziegfeld is Principal Teacher and project coordinator at Herman-Nohl-Schule. The school places particular emphasis on helping and encouraging students to achieve their personal aims and to spend their time at school developing effective lifelong learning skills. Külli Lumi is project coordinator at Vändra Gümnaasium. She is an English teacher, and holds the position of the Head of the Chair of Humanities. She is also a member of the parents’ council, the local educational council, and the council of the local municipality. She is a mentor and leader for Comenius pupil mobility projects, and has extensive experience with international projects.
